Not to toot my own horn or anything, but that's how Jackson described the pancakes I made. (As pancakes are about the extent of my culinary expertise, I won't let a compliment from a 2 year-old go to my head.) He's a big fan of pancakes, and the fact that I made them for dinner after Howard made a special trip to the store to buy pancake mix made Jackson a happy camper. He even got to enjoy leftovers for breakfast.
