Hungry, Hungry Jackson

Recently, Jackson has developed a never-ending appetite. Here he is with cereal crumbs, leftover from his second breakfast. He ate almost an entire banana, some bagel and soy milk less than an hour before he begged Howard to share his cereal with him.

The other night we went to Sizzler for dinner, and Jackson chowed down. He ate cheese toast, mashed potatoes and variety of things from the salad bar, including beets, taro and nachos. Yes, he really ate beets! While he's still finicky about meat and pasta, he's great with vegetables. He'll eat broccoli and bell peppers, two foods I always try to avoid.

His favorite meal is probably still Hawaiian food. But no matter what, it's great to see him opening his mouth and asking for food all the time. The boy needs to grow!
