We celebrated Howard's birthday at the Naupaka Terrace restaurant at the Ihilani. Jackson stuffed himself with the contents of the yummy breadbasket and the papaya used to garnish the shrimp rolls, though the shrimp itself was a bust. He also enjoyed helping Howard open his gifts and eating birthday cake.
We also played tourist at the Moana Surfrider as we wished Uncle Julian and Aunty Alejandra farewell before their move back to California. We had an afternoon tea, which was quite a treat. Jackson liked the focaccia bread, fruit tart and chocolate sticks from one of the pieces of cake. He also had fun exploring Waikiki.
