Mr. Social Butterfly

This weekend, we celebrated cousin Nesta's first birthday with a big, frog-themed luau. Aunty Jackie and Uncle Joel flew in from Oregon to join the festivities. Jackson hadn't napped much during the day and stayed up a little past his bedtime, but he remained cheery the entire time. He was a social butterfly, allowing many aunties and uncles to hold and play with him. In addition to singing "Happy Birthday" to his cousin, he chowed down on kalua pig, squid luau, chicken long rice, pineapple and kulolo. And the balloon maker gave him a blue airplane balloon to take home... the perfect gift since he really loves balloons!
