Jackson does a mean imitation of Cookie Monster. Whenever someone mention cookies, he pretends to shove a bunch in his mouth at once, as shown in this picture. But we try to limit his cookie consumption, and fortunately (and surprisingly), he considers frozen vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, green beans and lima beans) an acceptable snack. I took a picture just to prove it!
Today, while chowing down on his frozen veggie snack, he not only employed the Cookie Monster routine to express his enjoyment, he even went so far as to gnaw on a bunch of veggies that were stuck together.
