Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving is all about food, family and fun. This year, we were fortunate to have plenty of all three. We filled our stomachs with the traditional turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, salad and cranberries, as well as some not-so-traditional Hawaiian staples - poi, pineapple and lomi salmon. Jackson liked the poi, pineapple and stuffing most of all, but took bites of everything and ate more than his share of pie and ice cream.

Jackson and Nesta loved crawling through and running around the tunnels. Aunty Moani showed Jackson something silly to do with the tunnels while the tent was being assembled. And if you look closely in the last picture, you'll see Aunty Moani and me smooshed inside the tent.

Football is another part of Thanksgiving. The boys may not be able to catch yet, but they are both determined to hold on to the ball.

Finally, here are some shots of the family, including a random one of Jackson being goofy.
